Despite its entry-level price the G-Series is so good we found that even experienced anglers liked it and with such a sweet action we were not surprised. The eight-foot 3/4 weight is a nice light river rod and at the other end of the scale the ten-foot 7/8 weight has made a fine sea trout and grilse rod.
